Evading God
if you paint god, he is no longer god, just a painting
if you talk about god, he is just a talk, and not god any longer
if you think about god, he is just a thought, and not god any longer
if you beleive in god, he is just a beleif, and not god any longer
if you feel god, he is just a feeling, and not god any longer
if you try to reach god in air, fire or water, he is just an element and not god any longer
if you awe god by his creation, and destruction, he is just awesome!
millions of ways and yet no one leads me to god?
....the only way to realize God is being like God. To`create and destroy.....and not to look for him. He shall seek you.

My Learned English Professor "Afaq Siddiqui" in Engineering once said in our English class while reading us a essay "The Music of spheres". He was linking the heavy language and literature structures in "Paradise lost".
He said sth like this (I cannot remember the exact phrases :), "That the concept of GOD or the GOD himself cannot be contained in something, coz if we say GOD is contained in this structure then that structure assumes itself to be GOD, coz GOD is considered to contain all. Anything which can contain GOD becomes superior to GOD himself."
What he said seems to be echoed by you here. I myself is simply awed by your thought process. I now think that once we start thinking and start maturing our thought they makes us move to complete simple point.

Question of God is perplexing us since we have thought of it....
Harshit, The excitement in search comes from the fact that some people have infact realized, reached, felt the presence of HIM, however minutesimal or unbeleivable. Mirabai, Ramakrishna, Christ etc.
