Red lizards on my wall
Today while returning from office I stopped by to get some pans leaves.
Then, it struck me my art paper supply is over. And what could be a better time to get it? In front was Daniel Smith's Art Supply. I went in, and got the right water color paper, after lengthy discussion with the artist helpers. Last time I got the wrong one, and all my paintings got curled up because of water. And I do not even have sufficient thumbtacks to keep them flat on wall. So this time I hope papers remain flat.
Ohh yeah, and I got the brush, the perfect brush for me, I was dreaming of for so long time.
I was a happy man.
Came home, and I couldn't resist painting with new brush. And new paper. But what should I paint? Nothing came to mind. I randomly chose a color after closing my eyes. It was red one. Damn! I hate this color, but ohh I had to honor the random choice.
Next in front of me was lying the SOBE drink bottle. They are my favorite. For a long time the lizard logo on the SOBE drinks fascinated me. The two lizard circling into each other like the yin-yang. With triangular fiery eyes. And curled tails. And sharp claws. Looking as if they are full of mischief. What next?
My new brush went wild on paper and next it was red with lizards. Ohh not the blood. And then I had the AHA feeling!
Its on my wall in between OM and the EYE.
